esa privacy policy

(a) this ‘privacy policy’ describes the policies and procedures adopted by ‘esa’ when this application is used and informs the user of their privacy rights and how the law protects them;

(b) personal data: while using this application no personal data is collected, transmitted or received;

(c) usage data (holiday name, note description, image animation, event label and remark): (i) data for the elements of the above features are provided by the user, according to their interest in each case; (ii) there is no filter or restriction on the data provided, the user is free to use the data that best describes their issues when using each feature; (iii) this data is stored locally on the device, in files in the application directory and, when necessary, is retrieved for presentation to the user; (iv) the updating or discarding of this data is done at the user’s discretion, according to the actions taken by the user when using the features provided by the application; (v) ’esa’ does not keep a history of the information manipulated, once a certain information is removed, nothing can be recovered about it;

(d) information collected: (i) to the application provide weather information, the device location is collected and used to get updated information from a weather provider via the internet; (ii) at the user’s discretion, its location can be customized, in which case the weather conditions are always obtained for the same location; (iii) in the case of the paid version of the application, the information regarding the transaction is handled by the entity responsible for the platform that hosts this application (i.e. ‘esa’ does not know anything about this commercial transaction);

(e) legal requirements: as described before, ‘esa’ does not provide any control over the information used by the user in the services provided by the application, nor does it recover removed data or export data from manipulated files;

(f) children’s privacy: (i) ’esa’ does not contain any elements unsuitable for children, in addition, it provides geometric and abstract animations that can be quite interesting for children; (ii) children under 13 years of age can manipulate the application with their own information, in a similar way to others users, no personal or usage information is collected by the application;

(g) finally: (i) updates to this ‘privacy policy’ will be placed in this specific section of this document about the application; (ii) any question about this ‘privacy policy’ can be clarified by email: bar@camb.eng.br;
